Abstract: JuliaPhylo is a hub of packages in Julia for phylogenetic analyses, with a focus on analyses that use phylogenetic networks, also known as admixture graphs. The core package PhyloNetworks has many utilities for handling phylogenetic trees and networks. Other packages offer specialized tools, such as visualization with PhyloPlots, network estimation with SNaQ, trait evolution with PhyloTraits, simulation of gene trees in PhyloCoalSimuations. I will give an overview of these various tools. Link: https://juliaphylo.github.io/JuliaPhyloWebsite/
